Having bought and sold several homes, Jeanine was by far the easiest realtor I have worked with. Her work ethics are incredible. Jaclyn was such a blessing to work with. She answered all ofy first time home buyer questions like a boss. If she didnt know, she found out amd got back to me. She played hardball when necessary and I couldn't be more happy with my home buying experience!

Everyone told us how much we going to hate the process and wish it was over and maybe quit. Not the case for us, maybe the application paperwork (I didn't do it so Idk ??) I know many friends that been looking longer then us and putting in offer after offer with no luck. Maybe we got lucky or our realtor is just awesome! But from the time we started our process with application to finding a house and getting the keys it took 6 weeks!! With only 1 offer. Even with Irma and delaying inspection (by choice) we still moved in on time. Thank you, Jeanine Colavecchi by ignoring the fact that I rated our house in the garbage. Never judge a house by a picture. And the other reason I did is because it looked like theres no privacy in the backyard (turns out it was a cul-d-lac in the backyard and our house right before it) and I thought hubby would hate it. Everyone was surprised it took so fast to get a house.

Jaclyn was very professional and for us being first time home buyers, she made the process easy. She walked us through everything and was patient with our lack of knowledge in buying a home. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is a first time or experienced buyer. She was 100% on our side  and she spent the time with us to get things right the first time. Great sense of humor and fun to go on the home hunt with. We are extremely happy in our new home.
